The successful candidate will set up and manage the running of a community-based outpatient clinic for men who engage in high behaviors that predispose them to increased risks of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess:
Level of Education - MBBS, MD, Masters of Public Health, PhD in a related field
General Communication Supervisory & Interpersonal Skill Level - Excellent
Language Requirements - English - Excellent
Level of IT Expertise Required - Good
Ability to travel within and outside Nigeria
Desired Number of Years Prior Experience in a Similar Role - 3-5 years
Effective organizational, planning and administrative skills

The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the community-based clinic in an effective and efficient manner that will ensure that the clinic operations are maintained to high standards.
This position will also provide full support administrative to the Medical Officer.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in English language/Secretarial studies, Administration or closely related field with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (with 1 + year of administration) or a satisfactory combination of education and relevant experience. NGO experience desirable.
Proficiency with office systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); a Knowledge of graphics is useful
Proficiency in written and oral English.
Excellent communications skills (e.g interpersonal, writing, presentation, negotiation)
Organized and results-orientated.
Ability to work in complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.
Ability to work both independently and effectively with all levels of employees with minimal supervision, in addition to also functioning well as part of a team.
