BSc/BA from any reputable university, possession of any relevant professional certification At least 8 years post qualification experience Property Maintenance Coordinating the security unit of the organization Day to day running of the General office Attend to in-coming and outgoing mails Responsible for administrative issues: Vehicle maintenance, Power/Telephone, Medical Bills Coordination, Preparation and issuance of offer letters for new staff Coordination of office Responsible for all staff issues Procuring of all office requirements Coordinating all travels arrangements (local & international) Organizing and coordinating all staff quarterly and other meetings Making travelling arrangements and handling travel documents for the office General/Equipment Maintenance
