    Specialist, Landlord Relations

    Job Summary

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the nature, channel and frequency of contact with landlords.
    • Maintain positive relations with landlords in line with existing company policies and processes while protecting the company’s financial interest.
    • Work with relevant functions across the business to develop solutions to common/ recurrent issues in company-landlord relations.
    • Prepare, retrieve, and/ or distribute relevant documents to stakeholders. Collaborate on management of consents and other project documents.
    • Visit customers to collect and reconcile documentation as and when necessary.
    • Process remediation of consents documents related to projects Eagle and Alton from rejection to acceptance and transfer.
    • Assist in resolution of field-work and red-flag issues.
    • Maintain up-to-date tracker on landlord letters received and issues resolved.
    • Maintain up-to-date tracker on landlords’ contact details.
    • Attend site-decommissioning kick-off meetings to contribute towards seamless decommissioning.
    • Prepare and serve termination notices on landlords
    • Resolve access issues on locked sites.
    • Handle variety of correspondence, including – project-related correspondence; complaint letters from landlords or their lawyers; complaint emails from landlords or their lawyers; complaints from host communities on site-related fuel and/ or other pollution; lease renewals; site lease termination for relocation and consolidation of sites; and Letters of Request for Access to landlords where landlords request such letters before granting access to staff and contractors of the company.
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager, Landlord Relations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law or other related disciplines.
    • +5 years’ relevant experience in the telecoms, customer service and/ or real estate sectors.

    Senior Specialist, Projects (Real Estate)

    Job Summary

    • Manage/ supervise all Real Estate projects, including special projects, and business-as-usual projects, including consolidation, relocation, and decommissioning projects.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/ control, and close all phases of Real Estate projects.
    • Manage Real Estate budgets, ensuring efficient commitment and capitalization.
    • Assist in setting up Real Estate policies and procedures that facilitate quality delivery of assigned projects.
    • Ensure delivery of projects by establishing project goals, processes and performance standards. Describe and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to be applied in assessing project performance and delivery.
    • Contribute ideas and solutions for reducing overhead expenses in meeting project budget objectives.
    • Coordinate the project team and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones and adhere to project schedule.
    • Allocate project activities to team-members and vendors for implementation. Constantly review project resource levels, capacities, progress and performance.
    • Monitor, report and communicate project progress through periodic project review meetings with key stakeholders.
    • Identify and evaluate project performance gaps to be mitigated.
    • Maintain and manage an issue log document on assigned project issues.
    • Formulate and manage a change control process to ensure that projects are executed in line with mandates, specifications, and laid-down policies and procedures.
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Landlord Relations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Real Estate Management, Business Management or any related discipline.
    • Advanced degree in any of the above disciplines, MBA and/ or relevant professional certifications, e.g. PMP and PRINCE2, will be an asset.
    • +7-10 years’ relevant experience, including most recent 3-4 years in telecoms Industry.

    Officer, Depot Operations

    Job Description

    • Establish a safety culture by ensuring compliance with all depot safety rules by 3rd-party firms at the depot.
    • Record safety incidents for the monthly records.
    • Coordinate all activities to aid 3rd-party haulage vendors for readiness to load.
    • Adhere to programmed volume per vendor and follow up with 3rd-party haulage vendors/ depot management for timely loading.
    • Verify & sign all loading waybills.
    • Provide accurate daily reports of loaded trucks per depot issued with waybills in the company’s approved template.
    • Ensure periodic dispatch of depot waybills to head-office.
    • Resolve issues hindering loading at depot and provide timely escalation to Specialist, Logistics as 1st line of escalation.
    • Supervise depot loading activities of trucks.
    • Supervise dispatching activities of trucks prior to leaving to states within assigned region/ zone.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree and/ or equivalent in Management Sciences and/ or Engineering.
    • Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, and/ or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
    • +2 years’ relevant work experience.
