    Senior Rotating Package Field Engineer

    Mission

    • Lead the Rotating Equipment Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow
    • Contribute to the capitalisation of Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies through continuos improvement and best practices
    • Implement the Company guidelines and KPI monitoring within the Project

    Tasks

    • The Engineer executes the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

    Tasks include:

    • A-Development Technology know how and Commercial support
    • Provide technical support B-Feasibility
    • Provide technical support
    • C-Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development
    • Review technical tender documentation
    • Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for inquiry
    • Review and make technical evaluation of machinery bids received by Vendors
    • Prepare material take-off to support construction cost estimate
    • Support Lead in defining cost evaluation for machinery and other equipment related to Machinery department
    • Support Lead to define machinery department engineering man hours estimate D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion)
    • Support Project Machinery Lead to review Contractual technical documentation and requirements
    • Support Machinery Lead in defining engineering requirements and interface with other disciplines.
    • Optimise engineering standards while ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance
    • Prepare technical documentation for requisitions (e.g. technical supply specification, mechanicaldata sheets)
    • Support Machinery Lead in technical negotiation with vendors. Review and supervise subcontracteddiscipline engineering documents
    • Prepare technical tabulation and technical evaluation for any type of rotating equipmentsubmitted by Vendors
    • After order award: follow-up engineering activities and interface assigned machineryequipment/package included in purchase orders
    • Review, mark-up comments and finalise all vendor drawings, interfacing with other process ortechnical disciplines
    • Attend to internal review activities and participate to inter-discipline review meetings
    • Participate to and assist technical disciplines to perform engineering activities (e.g. utilities and electrical load list, layouts, 3D, routings)
    • Provide support for expditing and testing activities
    • Provide support for document management and certified final documentation
    • Support Discipline Lead in the activity with Project functions including Procurement and Construction
    • Support Discipline Lead to define Machinery Equipment construction inspection plan and during preparation of equipment weights and dimensions to assist Construction activities
    • E-Construction and start up

    Personal Assistant

    KEY DUTIES

    • Managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
    • Provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the Director.
    • Schedules travelarrangesmeetings and is responsible for handling information requests and staff requests.
    • Correspondences – effective management of correspondences and calls.
    • Draft responses (by phone or email, as may be needed) in a time-sensitive manner, with a clear understanding of office priorities. Manage, screen, and track phone calls and emails.
    • Protocols – Manages complex and intricate travel arrangements, ensuring detailed itineraries are accounted for, confirmations are maintained,and advance materials are coordinated for both personal and business travel (airfare, hotels, cars, etc.) as well as social engagements.
    • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Director’s schedule is followed and respected.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
    • Two to Five years of providing support for upper levelmanagement
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • knowledge of MS Office, Tech Savvy
