Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented quality assurance specialist to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
• To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be incredibly thorough and maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

The QA Specialist must be able to:

• Understand and analyze BRDs.
• Create a Test Plan
• Develop Test cases for all scenarios in scope
• Provide test result after a test cycle
• Generate a test report
• Develop a traceability matrix
• Perform API testing
• Perform Vulnerability tests.
• Perform performance tests
• Automate frontend applications testing using katalon or selenium (any other tool can be considered)
• Generate a Bugs List and follow up with team members responsible for closing bugs
• Mentor, train and relate well with other team members
• Create UAT test scripts and conduct UAT with clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Agile Scrum.
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
• Identifying and deploying cyber security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
• Mentoring and guiding the team members.
• Follow emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with other team members to build state of the art solutions.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Cloud technologies preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar engineering role.
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of any programming language.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficient in DevOps and Agile principles.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools e.g., Git.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, motivate and influence.
• Leadership skill.

Job Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Agile Scrum.
• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years of proven work experience.
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge and application of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burndown technologies, various retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing and Agile Games.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
