    Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor customers’ drug therapies, advise on interventions, and inform customers of any potential side effects.
    • Instruct customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
    • Conduct health and wellness screenings as the need arises.
    • Provide immunizations, and other medical services, such as checking customers’ blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information is updated accordingly.
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment to facilitate quality service delivery to customers.
    • Adhere to applicable regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice in Nigeria.

    Educational Qualification / Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy / valid certificate from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria
    • Proven years of experience as a pharmacist.
    • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
    • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Applicants residing on the Lagos mainland will be at an advantage based on proximity to the pharmacy location.

    Centre Manager

    Reporting To: Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve processes in the center so as to increase sales and generate revenue
    • Design and promote good customer management culture to encourage repeat patronage and referrals
    • Implement organisational policies as approved by the management and ensure compliance on the part of staffs
    • Ensure all staffs are punctual and perform optimally on all assigned duties
    • Oversee the operations and business activities in the centre and ensure seamless work process
    • Elicit collaboration amongst all employees and departments in order to achieve work goals and overall business goals
    • Work closely with the marketing team to expand our customer and maintain a competitive edge amid our competitors
    • Prepare situation reports (SITREP) for the Operations Manager periodically.

    Requirements

    • Applicant should possess at least a BSc / HND in an applicable field.
    • Previous Experience in Operations Management or a similar role within the healthcare sector will be a huge advantage.
    • At least 2 years work experience in operations management or a similar role.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Efficient in ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes
    • Proactive and result oriented
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Computer literacy, specifically MS package.
    • Excellent managerial skills.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Carry out administrative duties within the Finance department such as filing, copying, binding, and scanning of documents
    • Maintain inventory records
    • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
    • Record account payables and account receivables
    • Review expenditure list against cash advance as well as transactional invoices and receipts submitted by employees
    • Ensure that payments from clients are properly recorded and accounted for daily
    • Balance Cash register and generate reports for credit and debit
    • Keep accurate records of all transactions and generate periodic reports
    • Adhere strictly to the company’s financial policies/procedures
    • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    Educational Qualification

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Hands-on experience on the job or a similar job role is required

    Requisite Skills / Experience:

    • Book keeping and accounting skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft office suite (particularly excel) or related software
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
