    Managed Services Chief Operating Officer

    • We are looking for a Managed Services Chief Operating Officer (MS COO), to accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within and between Operations in the Regions, Global Service Centers, and Global Competence Hubs.
    • Support the delivery force to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & critical metrics, job roles, competence models and support, deployment programs, and common structures. Identify and execute improvements within the global service delivery organization.
    • Secure close partnership with the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs and Business Units, to upgrade Ways of Working, Competence, and Knowledge Management practices.
    • The intention of this job role is also to develop, deploy, and implement ESDM in line with the service delivery strategy to build an environment that supports global efficiency and profitable growth.

    The key focus areas will be:

    • Manage and Support Service Delivery
    • Maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments and strategies
    • Manage partners on all levels within Global Service Delivery

    You should have:

    • Ericsson OSS / Charging System experience with an operations background

    • Conclusive & transformational thinking – can work collaboratively and innovatively to bring upon continuous improvement in operations
    • Business development mindset and has grown MS business organically and/ with upside
    • Strong financial experience along with interpersonal skills, Sales Process Knowledge

    • Experience in Negotiation & Argumentation

    • Hands-on experience in Service Delivery Processes, Models & Strategies.

    Program Lead for Best Performing Networks

    The role of Program Lead for Best Performing Networks in Digital Services Operations seeks at crafting an outstanding and consistent customer experience through initiatives, methods, processes, and tools that drive agreement and collaboration across different Domains

    You will
    The key accountabilities of Program Lead for Best Performing Networks are, but not limited to, the following:

    • Improve the quality and efficiency of the BDGS install base in all its aspects and build outstanding customer experience.
    • Build the framework (processes, KPI’s, tools, competence) to be able for MMEA to deliver end2end on this outstanding customer experience.
    • Secure embedding of this framework successfully within the BDGS and or MMEA wider organization.
    • Assess the current way of working, risks, best practices, and gaps in BDGS, Managed Operations, and Customers Support with respect to the Digital Services Install base and deliveries.
    • Implement the right mechanisms to handle the upcoming End-of-License, End-of-Maintenance software in conjunction with Program Lead for Software Sales and Install Base
    • Where applicable, drive requirements for automated tools and processes around key points of delivery and performance improvement
    • Collaborative approach with Managed Services and Networks functions, to develop and bring to bear standard methodology jointly
    • Experience with GOLS, BENT, problem management, change request management, live node activities, project red team reviews are key experiences/competences
    • Drive awareness of the units and employees concerned on the tools and processes supporting operational perfection and supervise the implementation of the same
    • Ensure compliance and ethics and exhibit outstanding role-model leadership behaviors

    Requirements
    To be successful in the role you must have:

    • University Degree in Business or Engineering / ICT
    • Must have experience across Digital Services Install Base and Networks / Customer Support; can explain the different solutions
    • Experience in having led teams of people
    • Strong technical and discernment across various Domains
    • Ability to orchestrate initiatives and efforts within the organization
    • Ability to lead multi-cultural and multi-functional teams, empowering and finding opportunities to collaborate
    • Solid project/program management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
    • Ability to work across a variety of different delivery unit types (complexity, maturity, scale)
    • Developed analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies and value realization opportunities
    • Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models

    • We are now looking for a network sales specialist to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.
    • Actively lead and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing detailed transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively give to make customers and Ericsson successful.
    • This job role could be passionate about selling assigned portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.

    You Will

    • Your responsibility will be to improve customer relationships and dedication.
    • You are encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
    • The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable flawless transition to operations
    • Act as Network sales expert towards the customer
    • Represent KAM in sales process and opportunities
    • Act as ACR and own the core 3 team during the sales process (SDP1, SDP2, SDP 3) and through project execution by leading change request and maintaining profitability.

    Requirements
    To be successful in the role you must have:

    • Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
    • Minimum 8 years of proven experience of relationship sales and 8 years from the ICT industry
    • Demonstrated ability: (RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G.)
    • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
    • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills
    • Leadership experience
    • Structured and organized to lead the project profitability and changes.
