    Product Manager

    Job Description

    We are looking to hire experienced Product Managers that will work closely with the engineering, client experience, and sales team to guide products from conception to launch. Maximize the value of the product and co-own the vision of the product with the Product Director & Executive Leadership Team.

    The ideal candidate must have a bias toward action and the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

    • Co-own the vision and definition of the product with the Executive Leadership.
    • Develop and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stake holders.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering and other teams to translate problem statements into product needs.
    • Develop requirement documents, and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
    • Present upcoming feature requirements and mock-ups to executive and engineering leadership.
    • Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
    • Develop and document market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials). Track regulatory changes and deadline.
    • Responsible for educating internal and external customers on product features and releases.
    • Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products and services to determine business value to customers and company.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 5+ years’ experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices, highly preferred.
    • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, highly preferred.
    • Product management experience within a software development environment.
    • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications, preferred.
    • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes.
    • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.
    • Comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven high-performance workplace.
    • Excellent teamwork skills.
    • The will to collaborate, negotiate, and influence effectively in a team environment.
    • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills.

    Product Analyst

    Job Description

    We are looking to hire experienced Product Analysts that will partner with the product and user experience teams to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

    Requirements:

    • Assist product managers in conducting market research and generating product requirements that maximize the value of the product.
    • Liaison between the client services team and product team.
    • Partner with your respective Product Management team to develop market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials).
    • Execute the product vision, and roadmap through the scrum process.
    • Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows.
    • Assist in product education by writing and maintaining feature documentation; providing advance support; training users.
    • Drive product delivery through the engineering team.
    • Communicate product updates for your product areas with internal teams.
    • Act as liaison between product management, engineering and client services team.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years’ experience in technology or product development.

    Product Owner

    Job Description

    We are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner who will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and have visibility at each stage of the Agile development cycle.

    The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers to understand the business goals and translate them into prioritized work for the engineering team.

    • Deliver high quality product release increments on time, within budget and scope.
    • Provide visibility on product vision and strategy to the engineering team.
    • Coordinate and lead each stage of the feature delivery lifecycle.
    • Work with product management and engineering leadership to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
    • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
    • Communicate engineering productivity and feature progress to product stakeholders.
    • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
    • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and clarification of the user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Coordinate the planning product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
    • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience leading software development-focused projects required.
    • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, highly preferred.
    • Experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices, preferred.
    • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes.
    • Product ownership experience within a software development environment.
    • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications, preferred.
    • Ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.
    • Comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven high-performance workplace.
