    Materials Management Assistant

    REPORTS TO: MM/WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

     

    DEPT/UNIT: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT/MATERIALS

    Our client in the energy sector is looking to hire a technically skilled candidate with excellent attention to detail for the position of Material Management Assistant (Supply Chain Dept)

    JOB SUMMARY

    To assist the Materials Manager in all functions related to the Materials Management department, also to Assist Material officers in receiving, issuing, and entering of data in ERP system

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Checks and verifies materials from vendors with delivery Waybills/ Purchase Orders
    • Maintains the DMI sheet and update the material status
    • Taking deliveries of back loaded materials from project sites and ensuring good preservation
    • Responsible for keeping traceability of project materials
    • Assist material officers in updating records in SAP for real time inventory
    • Carry out periodic inventory of materials

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum of first degree/HND in any accredited University/Polytechnic
    • Minimum of 3years experience in similar role
    • Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
    • Must possess an excellent writing skill
    • Must have a strong time management skill

    Our client, a Micro-Finance Bank is looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive sales growth, generate leads, make sales calls and work with relevant department to make their business stay ahead of competition.
    JOB SUMMARY:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, drive sales growths, make sales calls and meet all sales targets. An Ideal candidate must be able to understand the sales and marketing processes and be able to negotiate with clients. Communication skills are very vital to this job.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • OND, HND or BSc. in any field
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a sales executive in finance or related field.
    • The ability to manage a sales pipeline.
    • The ability to retain important information.
    • Sound consultative selling skills.
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills
