    Corporate Saving Support Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify, attract and retain savings customers;
    • Keep track of market competitor savings rates to ensure that AIICO’s offerings are always the best, in comparison.
    • Devise, and keep a regular updated potential customer field visitation roster in order to assess savings activities and performance;
    • Participate in various marketing, Brand representation and research activities to support the growth of the savings portfolio.
    • Other tasks and responsibilities that will enable the fulfillment of the above stated responsibilities include:
    • Identification of potential customers for cross selling opportunities;
    • Being attentive to the needs and expectations of customers and opportunities so as to improve services offerings thus ensuring that customer stated expectations are fulfilled and that responsible internal resources are performing the required follow-ups;
    • Performing various support function follow-up activities to enhance the savings products;
    • Maintaining and continually registering improved results by adhering to standards and guidelines as well as recommending ways of improving services offerings;
    • Submitting monthly savings statistics and reports as required and stated;
    • Submitting quarterly summary reports on overall savings portfolio performance;
    • Performing any other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

    Salary

    • Monthly Take Home– N100,000

    Store Administration Support Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure optimal stock availability in stores for user’s departments
    • To ensure proper and timely acquisition of stocks and supplies
    • Ensure replacement is done in real time and facilitate the acquisition
    • Issuance of stocks to various user departments
    • Ensure all invoices are timely compiled and data entry done before forwarding the documents to Finance.
    • Filing of all important documents in main store
    • Reconciliation of stock both physically and in the system daily
    • To carry out the above duties and any other duties as reasonably requested by the Procurement/Store manager or any other executive manager

    Monthly Take Home– N100,000
