    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a First Degree in any field with applicable analytical certifications
    • Minimum of 4 years experience
    • Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of Design thinking methodologies, process/project management, and application Agile methodologies are required
