    General Ledger Maintenance Executive

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
    • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
    • Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
    • Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
    • Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
    • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
    • Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.
    • Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
    • Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
    • Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
    • Update financial records with recent transactions and changes.
    • Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.
    • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
    • Understand and manage all aspects of cash flow, prepare forecasted weekly/monthly cash requirements and execute management financing decisions
    •  Coordinate the preparation of bank reconciliation statements to ensure all items are captured correctly and display understanding of the Company’s bank reconciliation processes.
    • Provide any other support and analysis as may be required.

    Qualifications: 

    • Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related discipline.
    • Professional Certification (ICAN, ACCA).
    • Preferably a male for gender balance.

    Experience:

    • Must have a minimum of Six(6) years post-graduation experience.

    Finance Officer

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Preparation of monthly age analysis of receivables
    • Preparation of schedules and processing of payment of statutory obligations - VAT & stamp duties. Follow up with the collecting bank to obtain receipts and file in the relevant tax file.
    • Payroll accounting - ensuring appropriate entries are raised to recognise the full staff cost expenses

    • Inventory reconciliation - monthly reconciliation of storekeepers excel records with Sage balances Back up for Treasury officer
    • Prepare monthly reconciliation of assigned bank accounts and ensure they are reviewed and signed off.
    • Prompt preparation and postings of waybills and invoices
    • Ensuring fixed assets register/ records are kept up to date and depreciation entries captured on Sage before the end of the month

    Front Desk/Admin Officer

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and with courtesy.
    • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
    • Answer, screenand forward incoming phone calls.
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Confirm appointments and provide reminders.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Prepare and maintain records, documents and correspondence.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven work experience as an Administrative /Front desk Officer
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures
    • Computer literate with proficiencycy in use of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to details
    • Experience with computer equipment (e.g. printers, scanners etc.)
    • Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
    • Understand admin repair processes and terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers.
    • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
    • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and appointments.
    • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
    • Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information.
    • Respecting diversity and treating all customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
    • Should not be above 30 years of age.
    • Must be presentable and good-looking

    Qualifications: 

    • A minimum of OND certificate is required.

    Experience:

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in same role.
