    Data Governance Analyst

    Our client requires the services of a Data Governance Analyst with experience in the Data Governance field, ideally in the Retail Banking sector. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to Support the Team Lead in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of the DG policies, frameworks, processes, and procedures for guiding the data Governance activities in the Enterprise and Work on other data related tasks as assigned by the Data Governance Team Lead, Head of Data Governance and Chief Data Officer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support development and implementation of Data 

    • Management strategies, portfolio & roadmap 

    • Support in driving policy, implementation, and control.  

    • Supporting to drive Data framework implementation.  

    • Draft Training, Communications, Awareness, and Engagement plans to the Bank.  

    • Define how controls will be embedded, measured, and assessed. 

    • Evolve the governance processes as needed as platforms and processes change. 

    • Be the point of contact for Data Governance queries, including escalation point for client concerns. 

    • Support and supervise information stewardship activities and management.  

    • Support alignment of data governance programme to the Group’s strategy. 

    • Support in delivery of the data governance programme 

    • Drive synchronization and management of source of record  

    • Manage data as a strategic asset and operationalize data controls and frameworks to sustain the integrity of the data 

    • Drive and support the use of a common data dictionary and automated data refinement to effectively run compliance models – really need focus on controls in models 

    • Foster a culture of Innovation with enterprise-wide collaboration and partnerships 

    • Collaborate on cross functional innovative self-service analytics to eliminate unnecessary manual effort.

    Keys Qualifications and Skills: 

    • University degree in Information Technology or related subject.  

    • 2 years of equivalent work experience in the Data Governance field, ideally in the Retail Banking sector. 

    • IT certification and other professional qualification  

    • Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to design and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data. 

    • Ability to provide a range of systems training and/or support activities for users. 

    • Specialist knowledge of data governance principles and practices. 

    • Strong background and working knowledge in end-to-end data management principles

    • Familiar with database and BI/Machine Learning/AI concepts  

    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Data Governance Team Lead

    Job Description

    Our client, a commercial bank requires the services of a Data Governance Team Lead with experience in the Data Governance field, ideally in the Retail Banking sector who is Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive who will Lead the creation, maintenance and monitoring of the DG policies, frameworks, processes, and procedures for guiding the data Governance activities in the Enterprise.  

    He/She should be able to work on other data related tasks as assigned by the Head of Data Governance and Chief Data Officer, Coordinate data management requirements, the data governance framework (including standards & guidelines) and high-level data architecture to ensure the successful implementation of the data management strategy, Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems too and also Detail and Communicate the data management strategy to protect delicate information.

    • Ability to verify data input and correct errors.

    • Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.

    • Knowledge of database construction, management, and retrieval methods.

    • Ability to resolve data input, storage and/or retrieval problems and to design solutions and modifications

    • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational

    • Ability to work independently and excellent teamwork spirit

    • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

    • Ability to take direction and execute

    Test Automation Analyst

    Job Overview

    Our client, a Commercial Bank, is seeking to hire a Test Automation Analyst to develop, automate and execute test automation and performance testing scripts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with product management and software and support engineers to deliver stable enterprise software products 

    • Establish test strategy and manual and automated test suites. 

    • Develop and configure test automation networks and execute stability and performance tests 

    • Develop and execute test automation through Test Complete 

    • Develop and execute Performance test through LoadNinja 

    • Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks Help desk management/ provision of first level support to users 

    • Involve in product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements

    • Record test results and report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria. 

    • Analyze performance test requirements and develop test plans and debug to understand test objective requirements. 

    • Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams 

    • Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders 

    • Ensure the timely resolution of user issues 

    • Orderly escalation of faults to 2nd and 3rd level support 

    • Provide management with weekly and monthly statistical reports 

    • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead, QA, Testing and Test Automation

    • Maintain good communication, reporting and interaction with stakeholders 

    Keys Qualifications and Skills: 

    • BSc in STEM 

    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years cognate IT experience, 2 years of which must be in Test Automation & Performance Testing

    • Instinct for analytics and logical application of concepts 

    • Understanding of basic programming languages e.g Python 

    • Must have sound knowledge and experience of functional testing performed manually. 

    • Expertise in creation of test scripts  

    • Possess good knowledge on Automated testing tools

    • Well versed with agile, DevOps and continuous delivery
