The Role

• Oversees customer service, supervises branch operations and offsite location(s) attached to the branch i.e. ATMS, Cash centers, e-branch and implants while enforcing controls and alignment with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• A First Degree in any discipline; professional qualification / Master’s degree (an added advantage).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6+ years post NYSC experience in the financial services industry managing branch operations (cash and tellering).

The Role

• Primarily responsible for managing client relationships, with a focus on delivering excellent service to target segments, while identifying profitable business opportunities within existing and prospective clients on behalf of the bank

• Oversees a team of account officers with responsibility for managing client relationships focused on maintaining service excellence by ensuring prompt execution of account mandates for target segments, while identifying business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to generate profitability for the bank
