Job Description

The Dispatch Rider would be responsible for ensuring that the assigned motorcycle is used for authorized official assignments and is in good working condition always. The dispatch rider is to deliver items to staff, clients, and other company locations.

Responsibilities:

• Rides Company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties.
• Must observe all HSE driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Report all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycle and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended.
• Responsible for internal and external mail distribution when necessary.
• Transporting and receiving invoices and documents items quickly by motorcycle
• Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
• Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application, etc.)
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Summary:

The Electrician will install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in buildings.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
• Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
• Ensures piping complies with electrical codes.
• Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
• Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.
• Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.
• Replaces circuit breakers as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• HND or equivalent required.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship and a valid electrician’s license are required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
