    Sourcing Manager- Oilfield Services & Equipment

    Partner with the best

    • As the Sourcing Manager, you will negotiate with dedicated providers to achieve the best contractual conditions and ensure internal customer satisfaction.
    • You will also develop operational plan for your department while adding contributions to the plan of the larger unit.

    As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
    • Developing regular redesigns of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs.
    • Elaborating process improvement targets while taking into consideration broader functional context.
    • Communicating effectively with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
    • Providing services as the go-to service unit to the functional area or directly to the business.
    • Manage, train, develop Sourcing team members across West Africa, including coaching and driving compliance to certification initiatives.
    • Partner with sourcing quality to drive supplier quality, compliance and risk mitigation, including execution of regional Supplier Social Responsibility Program (SSRP), utilization of key Sourcing tools (iSupplier, e-invoice, etc.).
    • Support supplier selection, rationalization and drive improved supplier performance.
    • Assess supplier’s capabilities and capacity to support growth, and drive Supplier Performance scorecard reviews for key strategic suppliers.
    • Handling any related analysis and interpretations. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree in any related field.
    • Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing Management/Procurement/Supply chain management.
    • Demonstrate high attention to details with ability to be rigorously analytical and have a well-developed commercial acumen.
    • Show excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.

    Operations Services Support Specialist - Subsea Production Equipment

    You will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, maintenance, testing and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order within the subsea wellhead equipment business

    As a General Services Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring all documentation is in place before commencing job such as JSA, risk assessment, lift plans, Permit and procedures as required. And ensure that on job completion procedures are signed-off, reports created, housekeeping completed, and task hours correctly vouched each day.
    • Reporting any faults in machinery such as Cranes or pumps, tooling and assigned area of responsibility immediately to supervisor or store man.
    • Being proactive in identifying potential issues with tasks and communicating same in compliance with Company’s Regulatory HSE, Quality and Compliance standards
    • Contributing to flawless execution in carrying out demobilization, repairs, refurbishment mobilization and pre-load out checks on customer Subsea equipment
    • Maintaining, Repairing and Testing of Subsea wellhead equipment (SSWE) and Subsea Production equipment (SSPE) within the services product line.
    • Being able to read, follow, understand complex drawings, BoMs, GAs, schematics, and technical procedures to execute subsea equipment disassembly, assembly, build and test work orders.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
    • Have 3+ years of hand-on workshop experience in Subsea equipment range of products.
    • Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ORACLE ERP, CAD packages).
    • Have good communication and technical report writing skills with clarity of thoughts. Be dedicated, confident, with the right attitude, mindset, and willingness to learn.
    • Be able to demonstrate pressure testing and fittings identification knowledge
    • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume)
    • Have a technical working knowledge of Subsea Oil & Gas equipment / products
    • Proven hands-on experience in repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and modification of topside and subsea equipment such as HPUs, Chokes, control modules, valves, and valve actuators, SCMs, XT, TH, THS, CPs, ITC, IWOCS, EDP, LRP, running tools, Landing string, CART tools, DAT tool, PADPRT, E/HFL, E/HDJ, E/H MUX, well Jumpers, subsea connectors, CDU, manifold, test equipment, downhole components, instrumentation, and fittings.
