Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and utilities
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are in optimal condition
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor facility usage and recommend improvements
• Manage maintenance schedules and respond to emergency issues
• Support logistics for events and academic activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 0–3 years of relevant experience in facility or property management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage contractors and multiple tasks efficiently.
