Role Overview

• We are recruiting a strategic Civil Manager to lead project execution for civil engineering scopes. This role requires a seasoned professional who can architect winning proposals and then translate them into safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the civil engineering bidding strategy, leading the preparation of compelling, technically sound, and commercially competitive proposals.
• Oversee the entire civil project lifecycle, including detailed design, construction, quality control, and successful handover for major onshore, offshore, and land-based infrastructure.
• Ensure all civil works adhere to relevant international codes, company standards, and best practices.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk registers, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of civil engineers, designers, and project staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and joint-venture partners on all civil-related matters.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and incorporate lessons learned into future bids and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 17 years of combined experience in civil engineering project management and proposal/bid leadership within the oil & gas or heavy industrial construction sector.
• Substantial and verifiable experience in managing offshore (e.g., jetty, dolphin, pile foundations) and onshore (e.g., flow stations, plant sites, pipelines) civil projects.
• Professional certification (COREN, NSE) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in civil design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit) and project management tools.
• Proven track record of winning and executing multi-million-dollar EPCIC projects.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
