    Security Business Manager

     Role Description

    As a Strategic Business Manager specializing in Security Intelligence at Total Secure Nigeria Limited you will play a pivotal role in driving our Manguard, automation, and security products and gadgets forward. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance our security intelligence capabilities, ensuring the effective utilization of technology and data analysis to safeguard our clients' assets and interests. Your leadership will be essential in positioning our company as a leader in the ever-evolving landscape of security solutions.

    • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategic plans for enhancing security intelligence capabilities, aligning with company objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the field of security intelligence.
    • Technology Integration:* Collaborate with technology teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our security products and gadgets. Ensure seamless operation and interoperability of security intelligence systems.
    • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of security data to identify trends, threats, and vulnerabilities. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance security strategies.
    • Risk Management: Assess security risks and vulnerabilities, both internal and external, and develop mitigation strategies to protect assets and clients. Stay abreast of emerging threats and adjust security measures accordingly.
    • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their security needs and challenges. Develop tailored security intelligence solutions to address client requirements effectively.
    • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the security intelligence team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Mentor team members and facilitate professional development opportunities.
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry associations to stay at the forefront of security intelligence advancements. Collaborate on joint initiatives and leverage shared expertise.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security intelligence practices. Implement measures to uphold ethical standards and safeguard privacy rights.
    • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of security intelligence initiatives. Monitor performance regularly and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
    • Communication and Reporting: Communicate regularly with senior management, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates on security intelligence activities, initiatives, and outcomes. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, security management, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning, technology integration, and data analysis within the security industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of security intelligence technologies, tools, and methodologies.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security practices.
    • Analytical mindset with a strategic focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Professional certifications in security management or related fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
