    Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • Increase customer base by providing new profitable customer.
    • Be up to date with industry, market trends and activities.
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
    • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
    • Determine & suggest price schedules and discount rates.
    • Develop new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Contributes to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Impeccable customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Motivated, driven attitude.
    • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
    • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
    • Expert in time management.
    • Organized work ethic.
    • Proven track record in sales environment.
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

    Nice to have:

    • Bachelor's degree with at least three years sales experience.
    • Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce) a plus.
