    Sales Manager - Healthplans & Subscriptions

    About the Role:

    • As our Sales Manager, you'll be joining a team of talented sales leaders who are driving force behind our sales strategy, carving out new opportunities and expanding our reach in the health management space.
    • This role is tailor-made for a sales maven with a deep-seated passion for healthcare technology and a robust track record in smashing sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Sales Leadership:

    • Craft and implement a robust sales strategy for health management plans, aligned with Afrihealth's vision.
    • Collaborate with top-tier management to establish ambitious yet achievable sales targets.

    Market Mastery:

    • Dive deep into market research to unearth potential leads, industry trends, and competitors' strategies.
    • Offer actionable insights to fine-tune our product offerings and meet market demands.

    Client Acquisition and Engagement:

    • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, including key players in healthcare, insurance, and corporate sectors.
    • Present custom health management solutions that speak directly to client needs.

    Dynamic Product Presentation:

    • Confidently showcase the unique benefits of our health management plans through engaging presentations and demos.
    • Address client queries, ensuring a complete and thorough understanding of our value proposition.

    Compelling Proposal Development:

    • Partner with internal teams to craft persuasive proposals, quotes, and contracts.
    • Tailor these documents to meet client specifications and industry benchmarks.

    Who You Are:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a significant plus.
    • You bring 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically in health management plans within the health tech industry.
    • Your knowledge of healthcare technology and industry regulations is deep and nuanced.
    • A proven sales track record, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are part of your DNA.
    • Experience in a high-energy startup environment is highly desirable.
    • While a background in health is a bonus, it's not a deal-breaker.
