Identify organizations for placement of our graduates.
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, showcasing our offerings and solutions.
Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
Develop a sales strategy to meet and exceed company targets.
Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Background/stint in HR would be an advantage.
Excellent with follow-up and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the HR industry and having key contacts within the industry is a plus
