    Sales Executive - HRTech

    What you'll do

    • Identify establishments in need of our services, such as start-ups, companies in need of recruitment learning and development, and organization design.
    • Identify organizations for placement of our graduates.
    • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, showcasing our offerings and solutions.
    • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
    • Develop a sales strategy to meet and exceed company targets.
    • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
    • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Background/stint in HR would be an advantage.
    • Excellent with follow-up and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of the HR industry and having key contacts within the industry is a plus
