Sales Associate (Construction Company) at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services (AMFacilities)

Job Description

• Build relationships with key real estate brokers, agents, and managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in achieving real estate sales targets.
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
• Conduct home appraisals to determine the market value of properties for sale
• Prepare documents for the sale of homes such as contracts, disclosures, and closing packages
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
• Conduct market research appropriate to customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and controls.
• Take prospective buyers on site visits, providing them with information about the property
• Providing buyers with information about financing options 

Qualifications

• First degree in any degree from a reputable institution in the country
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales personnel in a real estate organisation
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Applications
• Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Competence in the use of MS Office
• Outstanding organizational skills
