    Sales Account Manager

    Job Description

    • You will be required to achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and generating business from new/existing customers .
    • You will own Business Development and Account management and achieve Sales targets towards growth for Cyber Security-related services and solutions.
    • You will develop new customer accounts, own complete sales cycle including techno-commercial prospecting, relationship management, cross-selling, and upselling to an existing account.
    • Train and Educate customers on how to use products most effectively, in order to derive maximum value

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain "Strong pipeline" consistently
    • Promote and sell our portfolio of Security solutions
    • Expand current customer, reseller and OEM relationships
    • Independently source, pursue and close new business
    • Coordinate and Deliver Sales presentations
    • Collaborate with Technical, Project and Finance teams
    • Take initiatives and ownership of customer incidents to drive for timely resolutions
    • Produce service reports to summarize service activity and performance for key stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience as a Sales Manager or in Pre Sales
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
