We need PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE MARKETERS on full time employment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and be responsible for driving the sales of our luxury residential properties.
• Analyze the territory/market potentials, track sales and give status report.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled periods.
• Conduct and frequently update research to identify new markets and customers needs.
• Provide trustworthy feedbacks and customers relationship support.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND from a related field.
• Proven work experience in marketing of real estateproducts (up to date).
• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Pleasant personalty and trustworthy.
