    Procurement/Supply Chain Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Procurement Management:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
    • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
    • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents.

    Supply Chain Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze the supply chain to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.

    Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics.
    • Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with internal teams such as finance, operations, and product development to align procurement activities with company goals.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address procurement-related issues and provide updates.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience with procurement software and supply chain management tools.
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
