    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
    • You will manage Diaries, Schedule meetings and appointments.
    • You will keep track and remind the Manager of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Plan travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the Ambassador to take notes at meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations.
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
    • Run errands as requested.
    • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels.
    • Carrying out background research and present findings.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Northern Female
    • Hausa speaking
    • BA/BSc from an accredited university
    • Proficiency in English
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
    • Excellent relationship management and effective communication skills
    • Strong time management and Organization skills
    • Available to travel
