Partnership and Student Recruitment Executive at Fevata Ltd

Role Summary

• The Partnership and Student Recruitment Executive will formulate and implement strategies to meet student recruitment targets for postgraduate taught and research degree programmes through the development, implementation, management, and appraisal of the Fevata’ s main recruitment events and promotional material.
• The post holder will also play an active role in, and contribute to, the development and implementation of activities that recruit postgraduate overseas students.
• This work will involve extensive travel and will necessitate working outside normal office hours and at weekends.
• The post holder must be able to operate effectively and autonomously, and be capable of effectively managing large projects, budgets, and members of staff.
• This role requires working in close collaboration with other teams across Fevata that support the recruitment of Postgraduate taught and research degree students to our partner Universities.
• The Partnership and Student Recruitment Executive reports to the Head of Student Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an annual cycle of student recruitment events both on and off campus to engage an external/internal audience and drive lead generation.
• Help to draw up and implement a student recruitment strategy for FEVATA.
• Seek and establish new partnerships between FEVATA and school systems throughout the country.
• Responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of on-campus student recruitment events and advice sessions for postgraduate students and partners
• Develop and deliver a program of targeted on-site recruitment activities for schools.
• Develop links and relationships with colleges and schools to promote FEVATA services and to bring them onboard.
• Must achieve a target of bringing on board 200 students yearly.
• Responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of on-campus student recruitment events and advice sessions for postgraduate students.

• Liaise with academic departments, administrative offices, and corporate companies to bring in clients.
• Prepares reports and proposals and responds to inquiries from students and minority agencies.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Student Recruitment

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to articulate information clearly and succinctly.
• Willingness to travel around Nigeria.
• Work onsite at Ikeja Office
• Should live around Ikeja or its environs.
• Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Must have a track record in sales and meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
• Knowledge of student recruitment and retention issues.
• Ability to plan, assess, and evaluate programs.
• Creative thinker and self-motivating, with the ability to use initiative.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple areas of an organization to achieve their and your team’s goals and targets.
• Proven event management skills, with the ability to organize large scale events.
• Proven copywriting skills for online and offline marketing materials for a range of stakeholders.
• Proven and effective experience in a student recruitment, marketing or external relations role.

Perks

• Base salary NGN100,000 – NGN150,000 + Uncapped bonuses Up to 2 million Naira OTE
• Allowance for transportation, calls and travels.
