    Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of all operational aspects within our beach resort.
    • Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various departments, maintaining high standards of service quality, and optimizing efficiency to enhance the guest experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives, aligning with the resort's overall goals and vision.
    • Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
    • Guest Experience Management:Monitor and enhance the guest experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery across all resort amenities and facilities.
    • Financial Management:Manage operational budgets effectively, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Quality Assurance:Maintain and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the resort premises, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Inventory and Procurement:Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels and timely supply of goods and services.
    • Facilities Maintenance:Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs to preserve the functionality and appearance of resort facilities, including accommodations, recreational areas, and common spaces.
    • Staff Training and Development:Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting continuous improvement and career development opportunities.
    • Vendor Relations:Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and obtain competitive pricing and terms.
    • Crisis Management: Act decisively and effectively in response to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety and minimizing disruptions to operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a beach resort environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Solid understanding of hospitality operations, financial management, and guest service principles.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications for reservations, inventory, and financial analysis.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as required.
