    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Actively pursue the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
    • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
    • Track staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of new employees as needed.
    • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
    • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Track company-wide financial information and review reporting for management.
    • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent services.
    • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
    • Collaborate with and supervise cross-functional support teams in improving tools and systems for business efficiency.
    • Recommend strategies and advise the Creative Director on issues that pertain to the development of the company.
    • Ensure that the company’s activities remain compliant with statutory directives.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial, human resources, and safety compliance directives.
    • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the organization.
    • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
    • Oversee training and development of all employees in line with identified needs.
    • Organize and monitor the implementation of periodic performance appraisals.
    • Provide monthly reports on key operations of the company not limited to: Human Resources, Finance, production etc.
    • Oversee materials and inventory management.
    • Receive, review, and compile reports from the management team.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
