Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Model (LLM Developer) at Corona Management Systems

As an LLM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, training, and refining advanced language models for a variety of applications. Your expertise will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems.  

Responsibilities:

• LLM Model Fine-Tuning: Utilize your expertise in encoding and language understanding to fine-tune existing Large Language Models for optimal performance in solving domain specific needs.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of LLMs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance their performance.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a meticulous approach to detail and accuracy, ensuring that LLM outputs meet the highest quality standards and adhere to coding guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and language experts, to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with recent advancements in NLP and large language models, applying novel techniques and methodologies to improve our models.
• Conduct experiments and benchmarking to assess the performance of various model architectures and optimize hyperparameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during model training and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and working with large language models (GPT-3, BERT, T5 etc.).
• Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and techniques, including deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and text generation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related libraries for model development and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for specific tasks.
• Expertise in pre-processing and cleaning large datasets for training models.
• Familiarity with data augmentation techniques to enhance model performance.
• Knowledge of evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
• Ability to iterate and improve models based on evaluation results.
• Experience in deploying language models in production environments and integrating them into applications, platforms, or services.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
• Ability to identify challenges in language model development and implement creative solutions to address them.
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and large language models.
• A portfolio showcasing previous language model projects, contributions to open-source projects, or relevant publications is a plus.
• Willingness to explore new techniques, experiment with novel approaches, and contribute to innovation in the field.
