    Household Personal Assistant

    Job Overview:

    • The Household Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the household by managing various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
    • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    Household Management:

    • Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence.
    • Coordinate and supervise household maintenance and repairs.
    • Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial records.
    • Procure household supplies and groceries as needed.

    Schedule Management:

    • Manage the household calendar, including appointments, events, and commitments.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for family members.
    • Schedule and coordinate service appointments (e.g., housekeeping, landscaping).

    Personal Assistance:

    • Provide personal assistance as required, such as running errands, arranging appointments, and coordinating schedules.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of your boss.
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

    Organization and Administrative Support:

    • Maintain filing systems and databases for household documents and records.
    • Assist with organizing household inventories, including clothing, personal items, and valuables.
    • Manage household memberships, subscriptions, and accounts.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for household staff, vendors, and service providers.
    • Coordinate with external parties for events, deliveries, and appointments.
    • Communicate effectively with family members to ensure their needs and preferences are met.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and household management software.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Must understand Yoruba perfectly.
    •  must be within the ages of 28 to 35

    Education and Training:

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field
    • Additional training or certifications in household management, personal assistance, or related fields is a plus Assistant
