About the Role

• As the Head of Marketing, you will shape the positioning of the company. The company is looking for a visionary who can generate innovative ideas and design strategies that will champion the value of the company’s products and position it for future success.
• Your ability to be successful in this role will require deep imaginative thinking, 360 degree understanding of the company’s key personas, a good working relationship with the company’s partners, staying close to the product team and leading regular marketing activities.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate all strategic brand activities and marketing communication efforts, drives and operations.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Provide feedback to the Product team through industry and competitive insights.
• Lead, coordinate and work with other departments to execute product launches and fund-raising activities.
• Plan, execute and manage community activation for products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional working experience some of which must have been in a tech company
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline from any recognized institution
• Excellent understanding of both traditional & digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills
• Ability to recognize future opportunities, evaluate future market dynamics and identify opportunities.
• Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment and react with discretion under varying conditions
• A good understanding of consumer psychology

Salary Range: Negotiable and based on experience.
