Head, Business Development (SME)/ Credit Officer (SME) at Neptune Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities:

• Sell loan products and process loan applications for small-to-medium enterprises.
• Sourcing for loan customers and growing the Bank’s asset portfolio in terms of volume and number.
• Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients
• Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of applications
• Presenting loan proposals to the credit committee for approval
• Ensuring high-quality standards of the bank’s credit portfolio.
• Supervisory responsibility

      Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc. or its equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• At least 5years cognate experience from a reputable Microfinance Bank.
• Ability to disburse SME loans in large volumes without default
• Ability to meet and exceed targets while actively working to increasing business portfolio and client base.
• Experienced in repayment tracking and loan collections.
