Develop and manage the WAYA business development for Key Accounts, Private and Partnerships
Responsible for acquisition of Key Customers
Set up business development and go live plan in all cities.
Manage the strategic sales manager and BD managers in all cites ensure the daily target is met.
Launch campaign, road shows, logistics. routing, monitoring and review process.
Identify All key and potential partners, key accounts in Nigeria. Develop partnership strategies with them, onboard them, manage them.
Develop plan for onboarding high net worth / big merchants.
Manage partnership with high network users / partners.
Identity new market and business opportunities
Develop the market and businesses
Generate leads of existing and penetrated market and sign up users
Generate leads of prospect users and convert them
Develop clear technical requirements ,user manual and training for the key accounts
Maintain records and files.
Manage users and partners to ensure the monthly transaction target is met
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or computer science.
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
Knowledge of commercial contracts, order forms, legal, and pricing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Demonstrated strong leadership and problem solving capabilities.
Extensive experience with common billing systems.
Comfortable performing workflow analysis assessments.
