Job Summary

• Our client in is seeking a competent and experienced General Supervisor to join their hotel team.
• As the General Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guest needs are met, and that the hotel runs smoothly.
• The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
• Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff and guests.
• Manage and train staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure that it is in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel operations, including financial records, staff schedules, and guest information.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.
• Respond to emergencies and guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / OND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Candidate with a background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is an add advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills is key.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and management is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 monthly.
