    Financial Reporting Analyst

    Job Description

    • As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
    • You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to produce insightful reports and disclosures.
    • This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
    • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure accuracy of reported information.
    • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
    • Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
    • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.


    • Must have a minimum B.Sc Degree / HND in Finance
    • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as Account Officerin an Asset Management company.
    • Preferred candidate should have a professional certification (ICAN, ACCA)
    • Excellent verbal and visual financial reporting skills.
