    Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are embarking on an ambitious and exciting growth strategy which will lead to a significant transformation of the business and you will play a significant role in this journey.
    • We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who will offer comprehensive financial support to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.
    • This individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of providing valuable insights to guide business decisions and further enhance SeamlessHR's growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide timely, detailed, and meaningful insights to senior management.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, reforecasting, variance analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Provide financial guidance and support on cost management.
    • Lead and deliver on digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining.
    • Drive financial modeling to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
    • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
    • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methodologies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
    • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
    • Undertake ad hoc duties where required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software/tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
