    Finance Manager

    COMPANY: FMCG

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define company’s finance and accounting policy
    • Analyze company finances and define action plan
    • Prepare budgets taking inputs from all function.
    • Lead financial review with Partners
    • Ensure smooth cash flows
    • Control and manage company petty cash
    • Audit financial reports and accounting transactions
    • Audit and control all tax/legal documents.
    • Coach employees of other functions on financial basics.

    *REQUIREMENTS*

    • A first degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related course
    • ACCA/ICAN
    • At least 5 years experience in the same role for an FMCG
