Field Sales / Marketing Supervisor (Remote) at Globalclique

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on market trends.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clubs, hotels, and other relevant establishments to promote our services and expand our customer base.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Analyse sales and marketing data to track performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Requirements

• Degree (HND / Bachelor) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (Minimum of 3 years experience) in sales and marketing
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Strong understanding of the sports market and industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
