    Female Personal Assistant to Chairman / GCEO (Graduate Trainee)

    Location: Arepo, Ogun

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to recruit a young talented graduate with great energy and drive, who is ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate, a team player; and someone that exhibits a high level of respect and integrity to fill the position of personal assistant to the chairman.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with all departments on issues relating to the CHAIRMAN/CEO's office
    • Attend and take minutes for board and executive meetings as directed by the CHAIRMAN/CEO and other related meetings held with clients.
    • Manage calendar, schedule travels, and meeting arrangements.
    • Maintain contact database, files, and records.
    • Create, update, and maintain production of confidential presentations, and reports.
    • Provide executive assistance to the CHAIRMAN/CEO in the formulation and execution of the company's vision, current, and long-range objectives, planning, and policies.
    • Support the CHAIRMAN/CEO in the provision of key information to internal and external stakeholders as regards market trends, competitive environment, business performance, and other pertinent issues.
    • Review business and project plans, activity status reports, and financial statements.
    • Undertake technical analysis and oversee various time-critical assignments.
    • Provide day-to-day executive support for operations in the CHAIRMAN/CEO's office.
    • Liaise within delegated limits, with our number of agents, subsidiaries, and foreign partners.
    • Maintain the stock list of our tagging materials and give a report to the CHAIRMAN/CEO for onward ordering of new materials.
    • Maintain a register with the head of the operation and production on daily collections of materials.
    • Manage other personal affairs of Chairman/CEO within the working hours such as health, meals, entertainment, etc.
    • Other related tasks as needs arise.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Administration / Social Science or Arts, English, and literary studies, Mass communication courses with sound computer knowledge and good communication skills.
    • A fresh graduate so the experience does not matter.
    • Must be willing to relocate and stay in the company's provided accommodation.

    Salary

    • N35,000 - N40,000 monthly.
