    Executive Assistant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Gracias Global.
    • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and executive support to the company's management team.
    • They will assist in the preparation of expense reports, scheduling meetings, and handling communication with clients and vendors.
    • This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Qualifications

    • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience with expense reports and executive support
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
    • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
