SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Directorate of Documentation, Titling and Records is saddled with the responsibility of documentation of all records of the company as it relates to Real Estate, being the business of the Company. The Directorate follows through the process of Acquisition of land and other forms of Real Estate properties, the preparation of Document and the perfection of Titles to the acquired land or other forms of Realties, ensures that the Real Estate business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. The Directorate also Reviews changes to Laws and Regulations and advises management on the impact of such changes to the business of the company while also following through with Government policies and ensures compliance.
