    Direct Sales Executive

    Role Overview:

    • As a Direct Sales Agent at AITI, you will be the driving force behind our student enrollment growth.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to generate convertible leads and convert those leads into actual students.
    • You'll actively engage with potential clients, present the value of our tech courses, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
    • Your role will involve outbound sales campaigns and direct interactions with potential clients at strategic locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Present AITI's tech courses and educational offerings persuasively to potential clients.
    • Actively engage with leads and guide them through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Participate in sales campaigns and events to promote AITI's courses.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our courses and their benefits to effectively communicate value.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and report on progress.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
    • Provide regular feedback to improve the enrollment process and student experience.

    Qualifications:

    • HND/ Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in education or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
    • Comfortable with outbound sales activities and face-to-face interactions.
    • Adaptability to dynamic sales environments and changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
    • Tech-savvy and interested in staying updated with industry trends.
    • Resilience to handle objections and challenges positively.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
