    Chief Operating Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of the firm’s, operations, human resources and compliance.
    • Reporting to the CEO and working as a key member of the firm’s leadership team, the COO will take a leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all of the firm’s systems, processes, workflows, financials and procedures.
    • The COO will also play a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization, ensuring subordinates and supervisors follow through with company procedures and policies.

    Duties

    • Ensure tasks are carried out correctly and according to the client's instructions or standards.
    • Maintain a checklist of routine or daily tasks and or contracts.
    • Interface with clients, investigates and takes steps to ensure issues, challenges and queries are resolved.
    • Carry out routine orientation on updated methods to ensure consistency in quality.
    • Ensure training of new employees and implementation of disciplinary action by supervisors in charge of subordinates.
    • Inspect all equipment and ensure routine maintenance is done and timely.
    • Must be an effective communicator who can explain tasks to staff.
    • Must have good time-management skills and be able to prioritize tasks in a logical manner.
    • Must ensure team members contribute to systematizing the business to increase efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree
    • 5-7 years previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in same industry

    • Able to see the big picture and plan out details
    • Detail-oriented, reliable and follows through on commitments

    • Designs efficient systems seek productivity
    • Balances team’s needs with goals of the practice
    • Ability to delegate to the right team members.

    Workdays:

    • Mondays-Saturdays.

    Remuneration
    N3,600,000 (Three million, six hundred thousand naira) only.
