    Capital Market Lead Business Development and Client Services

    About the role

    • The Lead Business Development and Client Services for the Capital Market is responsible for building the business by creating new client opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services to them towards meeting the organizations revenue target.
    • You will maintain relationships with clients towards ensuring Annual Recurring Revenue/Contract renewals as well as expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines or service offerings.

    What you’ll get to do:

    • Sells Capital Market solutions through sales calls and sales presentations to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer needs, and evaluating sales potential.
    • Establishes, maintains, and coordinates an effective partnership with the client.
    • Develops quotes Technology and service bids, and makes value-added sales proposals to existing customers, as well as to potential customers.
    • Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues, retain customers and close sales.
    • Meets individual sales quota within an assigned area and/or accounts, and maintains a client base by selling services and/or Technology’s to both existing and potential customers.
    • Evaluates customer needs, and identifies the proper resources to accomplish the goal.
    • Responsible for growing targeted markets/accounts
    • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company’s sales plan leveraging knowledge of client and available opportunity areas.
    • Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding new and existing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for closing sales and utilizing cross-functional assistance as needed, i.e., Products, Marketing and Corporate Communications, etc.

    To succeed in this role, we think you should have:

    • Ability to work creatively as an individual contributor and working within a Sales and Relationship Management Team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Superior prospecting skills
    • Ability to work quickly, manage large deal volume, and thrive in a very fast paced sales environment.
    • Knowledge of business solutions and applications
    • Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications of importance to the global markets.

    Relationship skills

    • Goal driven and highly motivated
    • HND or BSc. in any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management in the Capital Market / Financial Services industry.
