Business Development/Loan Officer at Voedsel Capital Limited

Job Description

• Evaluating the creditworthiness of the applicants as well as the risk involved before loan disbursement.
• Determine whether the clients is loan worthy based on information received such as fianacial statemeny, reports and collateral.
• Act as liaison between client and our financial institution and help applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research,present proposal, negotiate deals and close deals.
• Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost effective.
• Work closely with the company's existing customers to develop long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Bsc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven sales experience from carrying out loan processing, disbursement, monitoring, colateral management, and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Development / Loan Officers in any financial institute (Micro finance banks included).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age range between 26 - 33 years
