    Business Development Associate

    Role Summary

    • This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Associate at Elevation Craft. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as proposal writing, lead generation, market research, and communication.
    • They will also be responsible for developing, delivering and managing presentations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and customized proposals.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
    • Build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and collaborate with the consulting team to develop tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
    • Achieve and exceed business development targets by effectively promoting our consulting services.
    • Keep abreast of industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends.
    • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent presentation skills and experience in developing and delivering presentations.
    • Lead generation and market research experience.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience in the HR or business consulting industry is a plus.
    • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently and in a team, and adaptability to changing priorities.
    • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is always willing to take on new challenges and has a passion for business development.
