    Assistant Manager, Learning and Development

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
    • Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and virtual, that align with organizational goals.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring high levels of participant engagement.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance program offerings continuously.
    • Partner with external training vendors and subject matter experts to deliver specialized training programs.
    • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee training activities.
    • Provide coaching and support to employees to promote a culture of self-directed learning and development.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate learning initiatives with talent management and succession planning efforts.
    • Assist in budget planning and management for learning and development programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience designing and implementing learning and development programs.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
