Academy Manager at Analytics Intelligence [AI]

Responsibilities

• Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs.
• Heading the training team that will be focused on the academy.
• Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
• Oversee the marketing of available training opportunities to developer community and corporate clients and providing necessary information.
• Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, professional development classes).
• Conduct organization-wide training for corporate clients either at their premises or at an [AI] designated training facility.
• Verify client’s assessment and training needs, identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
• Grow alumni, students and developers community.
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.
• Advice management on best next steps to improve the academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant role
• Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
